The Homestead Resort in Midway, Utah is hosting a series of free
events for the family beginning October 1, 2009. Fall and
Halloween activities include Sleepy Hollow wagon rides, guided
nature walks, Halloween costume party and the annual Pumpkin
Launch.

MIDWAY, Utah (September 16, 2009) - The Homestead Resort will be celebrating the fall season throughout October with complimentary daily activities for UEA and Fall Break. Guests are able enjoy festive decorations including a Scarecrow Convention, Halloween décor and their annual Pumpkin Launch
among the beautiful fall setting of the Wasatch Mountains.



Experience the many activities for all ages in celebration of the fall season.

 


Fall Activities include:

October 1 - Scarecrow Convention Display begins running through November 1
October 1 - Fall Wreath Workshop, Face Painting
October 2 - Pumpkin Launch and Scarecrow Scavenger Hunt
October 3 - Guided Fall Nature Hike and Apple Chomp
October 15 - Sleepy Hollow Wagon Rides start. Rides run Thursdays through Saturdays starting at 6:30 pm. $10 Kids/ $15 for Adults
October 15 - Pumpkin Launch, Carmel Apple Making, Face Painting
October 16 - Pumpkin Carving and Spooky Mask Clinic
October 17 - Halloween Crafts and Witch Hunt
October 29 - Pumpkin Launch and Spooky Mask Clinic
October 30 - Pumpkin Carving Display and Trick or Treat Bag Clinic
October 31 - Halloween Costume Party: Contests, Appetizers and Cash Bar. Grand prize for best costume: An Executive Dinner and Breakfast Getaway! – $10 per person



The Homestead will be offering lodging rooms starting at $89 per night for the fall events!
